We accept returns on all products. Returns must be placed within 30 days of receivement of your order, and must be unopened, unless the item is defective. If there is an item you would like to return then please send an e-mail to returns@steelecomics.com stating your order number, name, address, and what item in the order you would like to return. You will then receive an e-mail approving the return. Directions on how to ship the item back to us will then be given. You must include the original invoice of your order when you ship the item back. You will be required to pay for shipping when you return the item, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied, unless the item is defective. If the item is being returned is defective you will still be required to pay for shipping but upon inspection and determination of the defectiveness of the product you will be refunded for all or part of the shipping charges. All returned defective products must be shipped USPS parcel post or media mail. The amount provided for a shipping refund will be e-mailed to you along with the return approval. At this time either a new item will be shipped to you or the amount you paid for the item will be refunded, depending on what you would prefer.
